Registration Made Easy
For your Safety 2020 registration, there’s no need to select specific concurrent sessions as you can attend any concurrent sessions during the conference. However, to help ASSP plan, you may receive a survey asking you which session you plan to attend. Please complete this survey to assist us in assigning session rooms. To plan your personal Safety 2020 agenda, please use our online schedule builder. Our mobile app, which includes a scheduling function, will be available to all attendees closer to the conference.
If you allow your badge to be scanned by an exhibitor, you agree to ASSP sharing your full contact information with the exhibitor. Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASSP professional development, constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ASSP’s use and distribution of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audio tapes of such events and activities.
Attendees also agree to adhere to ASSP’s Code of Professional Conduct.
Substitutions and Cancellations
Need to substitute one person for another? Please submit substitutions by May 11 to email@example.com. If pricing has changed, you will be charged or refunded the difference. After May 11, 2020 a $100 substitution fee will apply. ASSP will grant full refunds to cancellation requests received by May 4 via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assess the following fees to cancellations received via email between May 5 and May 22: Conference $325; Pre/Post-Conference Courses $100/course.
Cancellations requested after May 22 will forfeit refunds in their entirety. Refunds will not be issued for any missed sessions or events (luncheons, etc.), including sessions or events missed due to travel delays or cancellations.
In the event SAFETY 2020 is cancelled, registration payments will be fully refunded.
